What a wonderful event. I met so many beautiful families and seeing all those gorgeous pregnant bumps in one place always brings fond memories of my own pregnancy journeys. A pleasure to chat to you all and it was brilliant to see so much interest in Pregnancy & Postpartum Yoga.

There seems to be this obsession with wellness and a state of perfect health and equilibrium. Do you agree? Do you have a regular yoga practise? Do you feel like you should be doing more yoga? . . . Why is that?
