How did you find your calling? Was it whispered to you in a dream, or did you always just know deep down? For me, it wasn’t an immediate spark of recognition, but rather a slow, unfolding journey—one that I can now see was always guiding me in a certain direction.
From a young age, I felt a deep, undeniable yearning to become a mother. But little did I know, this desire would lead me on a path so much more profound than I could have ever imagined. It wasn’t just motherhood that called me; it was the sacred, life-altering journey of the Birthkeeper.
When I became pregnant with my first child in 2018, the pull to support others in this beautiful, powerful way became undeniable. That’s when I decided to train as a Birth Doula in Glastonbury, UK. I was correct in thinking it would be an epic way to gather wisdom as I approached my own birth. Little did I know, this decision would awaken something deep within me, igniting a soul-level calling to walk beside women in their journey into motherhood, with newborn fathers and with babies as they make their arrival on this earth.
Before then, I had never felt such a gravitational pull to a path of education. Yes, I had long discovered my passion for yoga, self discovery, cultivating plants and my deep reverence for the natural world, but this was different. As I immersed myself in the sacred realm of birth, my awe for the miraculousness of life ignited. The birth codes came flooding in. I was stepping into a new world—shifting to a space that mirrored the beauty and intricacy of nature itself.

My own homebirth experience was nothing short of transformative—shattering in its intensity, and empowering in its surrender. It was gritty, it was raw, and it was beyond blissful. As I journeyed through the deep waters of motherhood, I softened into my feminine essence, and at times, I was called to draw from my masculine strength to push through the hardest moments. It was a dance of dualities, of extremes, and of profound growth and metamorphosis as I shed my maiden self.
That journey didn’t end there. It continues, and with it, my devotion to the process of Matrescence—this beautiful, messy, sacred rite of passage. I knew I needed to share this experience with other mothers who were also walking the same path, finding their own rhythms through the sacred chaos of becoming.
Throughout it all, I was held. I was supported by a loving network of friends and family, but also by the grounding, realigning, energy-clearing magic of Yoga. It became my refuge, my anchor, and my soul’s balm. This was the magic I wanted to share with others.
So, I deepened my wisdom by taking the Postnatal Doula Course and also completed my Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training. It was the next step in my mission—to offer the very things that had helped me through the hardest of times, to the Mamas and families I now walk with. To create a space of unconditional love and acceptance, where everyone can feel supported and empowered.
How honored I am to co-create this sacred space of wisdom and love. To be a part of a growing, nurturing community of women—supporting each other, lifting each other up. Here's to continuing the cycle of growth, love, and wisdom keepers.
