Motherbaby Circle

Welcome to a warm and nurturing space where you and your little one can simply be. These sessions are all about supporting you through motherhood, with no pressure or set agenda—just a peaceful environment for chatting, feeding, and connecting with others who understand. 

We gently introduce essential bonding activites like singing to baby, baby massage, moments of relaxation together, breathwork and a few yoga moves to iron out some creases, but it’s always about letting the flow of the group guide the day. 

Whether you need a cosy, inclusive escape or a shared laugh, Motherbaby Circle is here for you.
